    Surely we will need to support a wide range of social services that allow people to function within society, not as an attempt to socialize the nation, but as a vehicle that allows an opportunity for social mobility.

    That said, free/available transportation seems like a necessary strategic element that will allow people to participate in this process, so I would suggested demanding free transportation for those who are participating in the political process, ie people who are actually working for change, vs just socializing transportation completely for arbitrary use.
